I just came back from VA beach which is one of the worst places to own a car but the insurance is less than half of NJ. I have even had undercover state troopers in VA try to force me to speed with tailgating and the amount of accidents from bad drivers in VA beach is hard to belive. It doesnt make any sense why its that much higher in NJ.
