Most insurance companies cover any licensed driver in the home but some still have exclusions you should file a report with the police department if it is over a $1,000.00 in damages and call your insurance agent to see if it is covered.
yes, they will accept the claim but most likely write her onto your policy if she lives in your household and has access to the car
yes, the car is what is insured. if someone stole you car and wrecked it the car is insured
no if she not on the inc card no you cant i have my son on there he does drive in case he does i have it better to be safe than sorry iam no you cant
